Parking and Directions
General admission to the 2-day Airshow is free.
Parking is $10 per vehicle and will be collected upon entry to the Airshow.
DIRECTIONS
As a convenience to our spectators and in an attempt to cut down on traffic congestion, the Huntsville International Airport strongly recommends carpooling to Airshow 2008. There will be a $10 per vehicle charge for parking. Airshow parking will not affect commercial air travel. Travelers will follow normal routes to and from the airport via the I-565 exits. Airshow spectators will not be permitted to park at the terminal or in the parking deck or terminal area parking lots.
Parking for Airshow 2008 should abide by the following routes:
Coming from Huntsville – Take Exit 8 and follow Wall Triana South until it turns into Boeing Blvd. Follow Boeing Blvd. where Officer Checkpoints and signage will lead you into the parking areas.
Coming from Decatur – Take Exit 5 and follow County Line Road. Officer Checkpoints and signage will lead you into the parking areas.
Handicap Parking, Buses, & RVs will be directed to separate parking
Guests with Corporate Chalet Parking Passes will be directed into the Corporate Chalet Parking lot.
Very Important Note: County Line Road will be closed to all traffic from 2 p.m. until after the Blue Angels complete their performance at approximately 4:30 both Saturday and Sunday, June 28-29, 2008. You will not be able to travel County Line Road during that time.
