Jetplex Industrial Park Experiences Tremendous Growth

Located in one of the fastest-growing, high technology communities in the United States, the 4,000-acre Jetplex Industrial Park offers a rare combination of air, rail, and truck transportation and is divided into six sections in order to meet diverse business requirements. International Truck and Engine Corp., the principal operating subsidiary of Navistar International Corp., broke ground on a 300,000-square-foot “big-bore” diesel engine production facility on its new 30-acre site. More than 175 employees are expected to work at the plant with production rollout anticipated in April 2008.

Graham & Company completed a 208,021-square foot distribution facility located on 15.38 acres and has an option on 49 more acres for the second, third, and fourth phases of its development initiative, totaling approximately 859,152 square feet. The second phase of the development is set to begin in the very near future.

Industrial Properties of the South and Graham/Bailey Properties purchased two lots in the Supplier Park region, totaling 9.4 acres. Two 42,000-square foot warehouse/distribution buildings were constructed and offered as available space.

Lastly, Triad Properties is currently constructing two 100,000-square-foot buildings in Jetplex Industrial Park North between LG and Raytheon. The buildings are set for completion in spring 2008.
